Student Travel Award Application

FAB offers travel awards for students attending annual meetings and taxonomy workshops. Awards will be given based on the applicant's distance in relation to the event location and responses to the questions listed below. As soon as details become available for the 2024 annual meeting and workshops, we will begin accepting applications.

Qualifications:

Full-time graduate or undergraduate student currently registered at an institution

Application Deadline for Fall Workshop: October 15, 2024

Students will be notified of awards by October 25

Award Amounts:

$250 for annual meeting or taxonomy workshop
$500 for combined annual meeting and taxonomy workshop
